Weight loss tip of the week

An apple a day does a lot more than keep the doctor away. I always recommend eating an apple first thing in the morning. Apples are the best source of pectin, fiber and bulk that aid digestion and line your stomach with fantastic enzymes that will help you digest the rest of your breakfast more efficiently. Oh did I forget to mention that Apples also reduce cholesterol levels. This little addition to your breakfast is filling but not fattening and boosts your digestion up to 15%.
